By registering an account on s55com, accessing the platform, placing any bet, participating in any game, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by its terms. This acceptance is a condition of continued access to all s55com services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the s55com platform regardless of the method of access — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by s55com. Access via any of these channels constitutes acceptance of this Agreement in full.

This Agreement should be read alongside the s55com Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall terms governing your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other document, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

To register and maintain an account on s55com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

s55com reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification such as a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

Each eligible individual may register only one account on s55com. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. s55com employs technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate registrations, including CNIC matching, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage — including during registration, verification, or support interactions — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. s55com will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to the activity in question. You must notify s55com immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• s55com will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Accounts suspected of being operated by anyone other than the registered account holder will be suspended pending investigation.
• s55com recommends enabling two-factor authentication on all accounts as an additional security measure.

All deposits and withdrawals on s55com are transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). s55com does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. s55com reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your s55com wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. s55com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or telecommunications providers.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed CNIC-based identity verification before your first withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within two business hours during regular operating hours, subject to verification requirements.
• Withdrawals of amounts above PKR 500,000 may be subject to additional verification and may require up to 48 hours to process.
• s55com reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements must be cleared before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.

s55com does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside s55com's control and responsibility.

The following general bonus terms apply to all s55com promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

All bets placed on s55com are subject to the specific rules applicable to each betting market, sport, or game type, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific market rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific market rule shall prevail with respect to bet settlement only.

s55com reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to confirmed match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations.
• Void any bet that was accepted in error due to a technical fault, pricing error, or data feed inaccuracy.
• Limit the maximum stake accepted on any market at its sole discretion, including imposing individual player stake limits where warranted.
• Delay or withhold settlement of bets pending investigation where fraud, manipulation, or system abuse is suspected.
• Cancel live bets where the odds were demonstrably erroneous at the time of acceptance due to data feed delays or technical errors.

Bets accepted on the s55com platform are binding once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of their bets — including selection, stake, and market — before confirming. s55com does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets other than in exceptional circumstances at its absolute discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s55com platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one s55com account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false identity information, including falsified CNIC documents or misrepresenting your age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or promotional loopholes in bad faith, including systematic bonus abuse or arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit at s55com's expense.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime — including depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any s55com software, security system, or random number generator.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens s55com staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.

All content on the s55com platform — including but not limited to the s55com brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game content, text, data compilations, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of s55com or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the s55com platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any s55com content without prior written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on s55com's platform, design, or proprietary software.
• Using the s55com brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the platform in bulk through automated means.

Any unauthorised use of s55com's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability. s55com actively monitors for and pursues infringements of its intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s55com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from interrupted service, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond s55com's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, including account history, transaction records, or game history, resulting from system failures or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform, including errors in third-party data feeds.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

s55com does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or be compatible with all devices and software configurations. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. s55com makes no representations regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond lawful entertainment gaming.

In any event, s55com's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arose.

s55com is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all players. All users are encouraged to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set strict personal limits on the time and money they spend on the platform. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

s55com provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders as standard features:

• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
• The account holder no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• A valid self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order has been received in respect of the account holder.

Upon account termination for breach, s55com reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting s55com support. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules and the resulting real-money balance returned to you.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s55com holds its gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in s55com's licensing documentation.

You agree that any dispute arising from your use of the s55com platform that cannot be resolved through s55com's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under s55com's licence terms. You waive any objection to proceedings being brought in such jurisdiction on grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.

s55com's internal dispute resolution process requires that all complaints be submitted in writing to [email protected] in the first instance. s55com will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

s55com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the s55com platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
